By using only first-fill casks (which have not previously been filled with Scotch whisky), we enhance our spirit with the wood's maximum flavours of vanilla, oak and toffee. Closely watched over the years by our Master Distiller, this complex, elegant expression is bottled only when it achieves its peak.
