Grapes are sourced from vineyards meticulously chosen in collaboration with its partner growers, and parcels of vines are specifically selected for their suitability for rosé wines. Precision winemaking harnesses all their rich character: the grapes are pressed after undergoing short, cold maceration, resulting in an attractive hue and lovely, aromatic complexity. Low temperature fermentation and three months spent on the lees in the cellars at Dourthe only serves to enhance the wine’s finesse. N°1 rosé stands apart with its appealing pale pink appearance, delicate, fruit-laden aromas and zesty flavours which leave a charming sense of freshness in its wake.
